A Thanksgiving tradition now in its 28th year. Join us at beautiful Lake Eola bright and early Thanksgiving morning and burn some calories before you feast! Participate as over 5,000 runners, joggers and walkers, many dressed in full costumes or Thanksgiving themed hats hit the course for a morning of fun to raise money for Meals on Wheels and other programs that support seniors in our community.

The Seniors First Turkey Trot 5k is one of the oldest and largest 5k fun runs held in Orlando each year. Over 5,000 runners, walkers and spectators, many in holiday themed costumes, will line the streets around beautiful Lake Eola bright and early Thanksgiving morning in a race to end senior hunger. Be there at 7am for the costume and turkey call contests, join friends and family for the race at 8am, then stay for the kids Tot Trot! All proceeds benefit in home care and nutrition programs Like Meals on Wheels and go directly to help senior citizens in our community.
